Went to Browns looking for a new car not expecting to buy one the same day. My wife and I went in and were greeted by a very knowledgable young lady sitting at the reception desk named Karla I believe,she asked if we needed any help and she directed us to Mel the manager who asked us a few questions and then said we can have a seat and he will send over a salesman. Well we were then greeted by Roc...a super duty patient and professional gentleman who was not only the most patient and honest salesman I have ever dealt with but he was also very helpful. We had no idea what we wanted but Roc took his time and slowed things down for us....he at no time was pushy or had the stereotypical salesman's demeanor. He walked us through the lot showing us numerous vehicles that fit our needs...at no time did we feel rushed or pressured. After we changed our minds twice we settled on a Jeep Grand Cherokee sat down went over options and other miscellaneous items we were then ready for the stress to begin (so we thought). Financing....well we were wrong... stress free...no joke....easiest part of the day...filled out application...again NO PRESSURE at all. After app was filled out Roc and Mel looked over our trade in and a mechanic came from the back and introduced himself and offered a tour of the shop...amazing. Everyone was so nice and not the fake typical sales team nice...we felt like family. Everything went well from the first greet to delivery. We left with our new jeep and a ton of confidence in our decision and our future with Browns. No doubt in our minds we will be back for our next vehicles. Gary Brown the president was on hand and very approachable. Gary Burke the general manager was right up front in his office and was there as well for us to speak with and assist his sales team if needed. The showroom was clean and bright. The property was easily accessible and well layed out with PLENTY of inventory. I can keep going on but very long story short...if you are in the market for a vehicle...do yourself a favor...after you waste your time at ANY other dealership...make your last stop at Browns and see Gary,Mel,Roc and the men and women there...you will not be disappointed. Best prices,deals,inventory and staff in the business. Good luck.

I had been delaying a visit for normal servicing, couldn't find a a good time or day. So I took a shot today and called. A very helpful woman told me about the express lane. I arrive and I'm greeted by Rich, who checked me in and staged the car for servicing. Then inside, only a few minutes and then Nick (service consultant) took over. I explained what I was hoping to accomplish. He said sure not a problem, wrote it up and told me about 45 minutes. I looked at the new vehicles, and then to the waiting room, after a while I checked to see if it was in yet, sure enough, through the observation window I saw my ○||||||||○ up on the lift with her tires just finnishing up being rotated.. It was a pleasant, no hassle experience and I will not hesitate to avail muself of their service center again.ThanksTony

I had two recalls. And oil change and state inspection everything was done quickly turn around was excellent when I was done with my breakfast my truck was waiting and ready .
I never do these surveys but in this case I had to make an exception. I purchased my truck new from Browns 112 in 2012 I had a great experience then and it was even more professional this time around. The service representative Gloria was amazing she went above and beyond for me. Gloria kept me involved though out the whole process and there was never any surprises. Gloria did everything in her power to help me out and get my truck completed in a timely manner and on a scale of 1-10, Gloria was a 15. I can’t thank you enough for everything you did. Thank you Gloria and Browns 112 for bringing my truck back to life.
