Responsibilities:

  • Park, retrieve, and protect cars
  • Detail new and used vehicles
  • Organize vehicles
  • Manage Parking area
  • Manage vehicle keys
  • Keep store front and service area clean and neat
  • Park and stock in new and used car truck loads
  • Put gas in cars
  • Put Brown’s plate frames and inserts on all vehicles

Qualifications

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Professional, clean appearance, and demeanor
  • Able to drive manual and automatic transmissions

Brown’s Automotive is looking for a bilingual, motivated, and personable Service Advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and write up accordingly using open ended questions
  • Be the communicator between technicians and customers
  • Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
  • Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up
  • Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car
  • Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
  • Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments

Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive field
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
