Temporary Changes in Service and Sales

Service Department

The health and safety of our customers and our employees is always a top priority. We are only allowing 2 customers in the service counter area and 4 customers in our waiting area. Brown’s employees are wearing face masks and sneezes guards are in place to protect our customers and employees. Each customer will receive a personal pen to sign all paperwork. Brown’s facilities are cleaned daily and our staff is practicing social distancing. Protective seat and steering wheels coves are placed in each vehicle before being brought back to our service department. Brown’s service department is here to keep our customers safe while servicing their vehicles.

Sales Department

Finalized the entire deal online and an appointment to come into our dealership to pick up your car. Our no contact delivery at the dealership means: your car is fully cleaned/disinfected, car keys are disinfected, all paperwork that needs to be signed will be at one end of a 6ft table and our sales member at the other end. You will receive a personal pen to sign the paperwork and then you are free to enjoy your new ride.
